Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 32

Of manifestations I am the beginning, the middle and also the end; of all knowledges I am the knowledge of the Self, and Vâda of disputants.

Among every field of real knowledge listed, the one that actually frees a person is named as the greatest.

Spiritual science is set apart here not for being more prestigious, but for doing something the others don't, freeing someone from real bondage. Usefulness, not status, is the real measure applied.
