Whatever being is born, the moving or the unmoving, O bull of the Bhâratas, know it to be from the union of Kshetra and Kshetrajna.

This isn't limited to humans, it's stated as a universal structure, field and knower together, wherever life shows up. Real consistency is claimed across the entire range of existence.
