Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 12
'The gods, cherished by sacrifice, will give you all you desire.' So he who enjoys what is given by the gods, without offering anything in return, is truly a thief.
Taking without ever giving anything back has a name, and it isn't a flattering one.
Everything a person uses ultimately came from somewhere, and pretending otherwise doesn't make that less true. Enjoying it all while never acknowledging where it came from is described here as a real kind of theft, not a technicality.
