Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 5

Indeed, none can ever rest for even an instant without performing action, for all are made to act, helplessly, by the Gunas born of Prakriti.

Total stillness isn't actually on the table for anyone. Something is always in motion.

Even doing nothing is still doing something, the body and mind keep working regardless. The real question was never whether to act, it's what's actually driving the action underneath.
