Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 8, Verse 12-13
Controlling all the senses, confining the mind in the heart, drawing the Prâna into the head, occupied in the practice of concentration, uttering the one-syllabled Om - the Brahman - and meditating on Me, he who so departs, leaving the body, attains the Supreme Goal.
This gets genuinely technical and specific, a real described practice, not a vague suggestion, and it names a real, specific anchor for that final moment: sound and focus combined.
Krishna gets concrete here, real physical and mental steps, not abstract encouragement, right down to chanting Om alongside remembrance. This level of specificity matters, real practice usually needs something actual to do.
