Who, and in what way, is Adhiyajna here in this body, O destroyer of Madhu? And how are You known at the time of death, by the self-controlled?

The last question here is the real, practical one underneath all the philosophy: how does someone actually stay focused on you at the very end?

After the more abstract questions, Arjuna's final question turns concrete and personal. Knowing the right terms means little if it doesn't translate into something real at the moment that matters most.
