Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 8, Verse 5

And he who, at the time of death, meditating on Me alone, goes forth, leaving the body, attains My Being: there is no doubt about this.

This answers Arjuna's question about the moment of death, directly and without hedging.

After all the definitions, Krishna comes back to what Arjuna most wanted to know. The answer is stated plainly, with certainty, not wrapped in qualification.
