Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 14
Glorifying Me always and striving with firm resolve, bowing down to Me in devotion, always steadfast, they worship Me.
This real devotion is described as something done out loud, together, not just held quietly inside.
Naming glories, singing, and bowing are all real, active practices, not passive states of mind. The verse points at something practiced and shared, not merely felt.
