Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 27

Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in sacrifice, whatever you give away, whatever austerity you practise, O son of Kunti, do that as an offering unto Me.

This doesn't ask for a separate, dedicated moment. It asks for ordinary activity to be offered as it happens.

Eating, working and giving, all everyday things, get folded into the same instruction rather than treated as separate from spiritual practice. Nothing here is too mundane to count.
