Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 29
I am the same to all beings: to Me there is none hateful or dear. But those who worship Me with devotion, are in Me, and I too am in them.
Being equally present for everyone doesn't rule out a real, closer connection with those who actually reach back.
This draws a real, careful distinction between impartial presence and mutual relationship. Nobody is excluded, but the verse is honest that connection still depends on both sides showing up.
