Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 8

Animating My Prakriti, I project again and again this whole multitude of beings, helpless under the sway of Prakriti.

This whole vast cycle runs on its own, real and self-sustaining, not needing to be restarted by outside effort.

The forms that reappear are shaped by real, existing forces already in motion, not created from nothing each time. What returns carries forward the same underlying pattern.
