Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 1

The Deity said: Again, O mighty-armed, do you listen to My supreme word, which I, wishing your welfare, will tell you who are delighted to hear Me.

This teaching is offered again because a real bond earned it, not because the first attempt failed.

Krishna states plainly that Arjun's own trust and closeness are what open the door to this deeper knowledge. What follows isn't repetition, it's something reserved for a listener who has already shown he's ready.
