Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 26
Of all trees I am the Ashvattha, and Nârada of Deva-Rishis; Chitraratha of Gandharvas am I, and the Muni Kapila of the perfected ones.
Even a sage known for stirring up real trouble is named here as ultimately serving a real, purifying purpose.
Narad's reputation for provoking conflict is reframed, not denied, as pushing people toward honest self-examination. Real usefulness is shown here in a form that doesn't look comfortable on the surface.
