Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 11, Verse 15
Arjuna said: I see all the Devas, O Deva, in Your body, and hosts of all grades of beings; Brahma, the Lord, seated on the lotus, and all the Rishis and celestial serpents.
Figures usually described as supreme in their own right are seen here, all at once, inside one real form.
Naming Brahma and Shiv specifically shows the scale of what's being witnessed, beings normally at the very top of the hierarchy, gathered together as parts of something larger. Real hierarchy gets reordered in this one moment.
