Hear from Me the final truth about relinquishment, O best of the Bhâratas. For relinquishment has been declared to be of three kinds, O tiger among men.

After naming the real disagreement, Krishna steps in here with his own actual conclusion.

This isn't left unresolved, Krishna states plainly that he'll settle the matter with a real, structured answer. Three kinds of renunciation are promised, not a single vague verdict.
