Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 18, Verse 61
The Lord, O Arjuna, dwells in the hearts of all beings, causing all beings, by His Mâyâ, to revolve, as if mounted on a machine.
Krishna dwells in every heart, and beings move as if mounted on a machine.
Krishna doesn't romanticize the body, he names it plainly as a vehicle directed according to accumulated karma. That unromantic honesty makes the presence quietly directing everything land more clearly.
