Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 5, Verse 8-9
The knower of Truth, being centred in the Self, should think, I do nothing at all, though seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating, going, sleeping, breathing, speaking, letting go, holding, opening and closing the eyes, convinced that it is the senses that move among sense-objects.
Even the most automatic, everyday actions can be held with this same awareness, not just the big decisions.
Krishna gets deliberately mundane here, breathing, blinking, walking, to make the point land concretely. This mindset isn't reserved for major life choices, it's meant to apply to literally everything a body does.
