Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6, Verse 32

He who judges of pleasure or pain everywhere, by the same standard as he applies to himself, that Yogi, O Arjuna, is regarded as the highest.

Real completion here isn't measured by technique, it's measured by whether someone else's pain actually registers as their own.

This sets the real bar for what counts as perfected practice. Not advanced skill or discipline alone, but a genuine capacity to feel what others feel, that's what Krishna names as the actual mark of arrival.
