And of all Yogis, he who with the inner self merged in Me, with faith devotes himself to Me, is considered by Me the most steadfast.

Even within that one recommended path, the real distinguishing factor turns out to be devotion, not just technique.

This closes the chapter by refining the previous verse's point even further. Among yogis themselves, the ones whose practice is genuinely rooted in devoted faith, not just disciplined technique, are named as reaching the very highest place.
