Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 18, Verse 46

From whom is the evolution of all beings, by whom all this is pervaded, worshipping Him with his own duty, a man attains perfection.

Ordinary work counts as worship when it's done as your own duty.

Krishna closes the usual gap between daily labor and devotion, naming one's own job as an act of worship when done rightly. Spirituality is shown living inside ordinary effort.
